Learning Your PenPal's Language

This doesn’t apply if your pen pal already speaks English. If they do not speak English, you should learn their language to understand them on all levels. Language defines culture, if you know their language the pen pal will write to more often because they know you do understand. You both came into writing each other to see some else’s point of view whether they do or do not speak a different language. Nonetheless both parties will have a deeper understanding of their own and other cultures.There are plenty of benefits in learning another language anyway. Such as impressing your friends and family.
